If you want to return an item, return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to return your purchase. Contact our customer service via email kundeservice@elvisjon.no or via chat

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund or you can choose to get a new product based on your right of complaint.

Yes, as long as the item is not shipped from stock you can make changes, just contact us at kundeservice@elvisjon.no. Remember to provide your order number.

If you return an item, you will receive the refunded amount directly to your bank account. it will take 1-3 business days. This only applies if everything is in order with the item and the withdrawal form is correctly filled out.

Shipping price costs NOK 59, we treat shipping to the cheapest shipping option on all ordinary purchases over NOK 800.
